What happens when a custom form link is inserted into an email sent from LeadMaster?

Blank Custom FormWhen the form is filled out, it is attached at the contact level.A new form is attached at the record level with the data that was entered.

(1) The link to the Custom Form must be inserted into the Email Template using the ‘insert Custom Form’ option.

(2) If the email was sent via Workflow, the email template always has a blank / new custom form link. When the form is filled out and the submit button was clicked, it will be attached at the record level.

(3) If the custom form has demographic fields mapped to the demographic fields in the database, and the demographic fields in the custom form are blank when the form is submitted, the contents of the demographic fields on the record will be replaced with blanks from the custom form.

(4) Email Marketing is defined as emails sent through ‘Email Campaigns’ or using the Options > Send Email menu from Search Results.

(5) Individual Emails are sent from the record either by clicking on the envelope icon or selecting ‘Send Email’ from the ‘Actions’ menu.
