Sales Comments as a result of Workflow when an Email is Opened or Clicked

Timestamps set via workflow automation action – Add to Sales Rep Comments/Notes by default are set based on the server time (EST), since a workflow automation processed triggered by the opening of an email message is not associated with a specific user (and their associated timezone).

All Sales Rep Comments and Notes are time stamped with the User’s Time Zone.
