Changing/upgrading to another APP server – Why is my chart not working when using a different APP server?

Sometimes you will encounter problems with your chart/s when you use a different server (upgrade).

image sample shows opening a chart in APP2 (but this problem was not encountered when user used APP)

What caused this?
MOVING FROM ONE APP VERSION TO ANOTHER may cause conflict or issue

What to do?
1. First, check if the chart is working properly on the old APP version that you are using.
2. If it is working in the old APP version but not in the new one – re-create your chart in the new APP version (this will do the trick).
3. After creating a new chart, test it, then delete the old one.
