How do I enable all options/filters to display on the Duplicate Record Management page?

Question: Why am I not seeing the other options/filters to find and manage duplicate Records? I used to be able to search for potential duplicate records based on Account, Contact, Campaign and Lead Assignment – in different parameters. Now, I am only allowed to find duplicates based on Contact Last Name.

Answer: The options/filters displayed on the Duplicate Record Management page is directly related to fields/labels that are visible and enabled in your Workgroup.  If you do not see the other options to search for Duplicate Records –  the Company label must be suppressed.

You need to enable the “Company” label from the Workgroup Customization Page to enable the other options/filters: Account, Campaign and Lead Assignment.
