How do I access the Outlook CRMTool application log files?

Here are 2 ways to access LeadMaster’s Outlook CRMTool application logs:

1. By sending a Technical Support Request from within Outlook.

2. By going directly to the CRMTool Log folder in your system

Enter “%appdata%\crmtool\logs” – from the Start Menu’s search bar

Go to the Main CRMTool Log folder

Zip the “Logs” folder and send it as attachment to Support.
