Next Lead Button is not showing in Smart Queue

Question: Why are we not seeing the “Next Lead” button when we enter any of our Smart Queues in APP2? How do we move on to the next Lead?

Answer: We have added Progressive Dialing options in APP2 allowing users to:

1. Advance to the next record and add the primary phone to the clipboard

2. Update the record and advance to the next record and add the primary phone to the clipboard

In order for the “Next Lead” button to be displayed on the Smart Queue page, these 2 options should be enabled from the WG and Logon Management page:

1. Workgroup Management Page: Phone Number Hyperlink  – ENABLED

2. User’s Logon Management Page: Allow “Click to Dial” for Phone Numbers – CHECKED/ENABLED
