What actions in LeadMaster trigger the “Last Updated” field?

 Below are the list of actions that will update the field ‘Last Updated’.

  1. Record added / updated / deleted
  2. Campaign is deleted
  3. Callback associated with the record is added / updated
  4. New record added via web to custom form feature
  5. Custom form attached to a record
  6. Notes added to a record
  7. Record is assigned
  8. Contact associated with the record added / updated
  9. Custom form associated with the record is added / updated
  10. Some workflow automation actions associated with a record – update record, add comments
  11. Opportunity associated with the record is added / updated

Please note: sending a bulk email does not trigger the ‘Last Update’ action, even if you have the Log into Contact action checked.
