How to enable “Add Task” in Workflow Resulting Action(s)

Here’s how to enable the “Add Task” option in Workflow Resulting Action(s):

  • Go to Main Admin page
  • Select Customize Labels under Customize Screen & Fields/Record Management Section
  • Select “Basic” from Label Group options
  • Look for “Task” and click edit. (usually found on the last page)
  • Put a check mark on: “Is being used” and “User/Uses Standard Label”
  • Click Submit
  • You may now go back to the Workflow page and edit any of your existing Workflow resulting actions

“Task” Enabled
