Why is a logon ‘grayed out’ so that I can’t access it

In order for your logon to be able to access / edit privileges for another logon your logon must have access to all the workgroups that the other logon has.

If the logon that needs to be edited has access to a workgroup that you don’t – you won’t be able to edit that logon and it will appear as grayed out in logon management.
