Fum in Attached Files to records

If files are going in the library LeadMaster can FTP the files to the server.

If these files are attached to the records LeadMaster will need a CSV file that lists the name of the file and the record # that the file belongs to. Then we use the field (leaddb.ImportFileAttachment) and FUM the file name into that field. We load all the files into a directory on a server. Every 30 minutes a script runs – if a filename on the server matches that field, it attaches that file to the record with the filename.

If there are multiple files attached to a single record you’ll need to do multiple FUMs. If a record has 40 files – do 40 FUMs.
