Why can’t I open a link in a Lead-Xpress Email?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to access a record from a Lead-Xpress email. 

  1. This rep is no longer assigned that record (do a search in that WG to see who is assigned).
  2. The rep is no longer listed in the hierarchy (please confirm the rep is still listed in the hierarchy).
  3. The record is no longer active (it’s archived).
