How do the ‘Export Status’ & ‘Date Exported’ fields work?

There are two fields on the Record page specifically designed to mark records as exported.  These fields are ‘Export Status’ & ‘Date Exported’.

Whenever you download records with either CLM Formatting I or II and you download the highlight comments field, those records will be updated with ‘Export Status’ = Exported and the ‘Export Date’ equal to the date they were exported.  If there was a problem/error with the download that record will be marked with the ‘Export Status’ = Errors.
