Why is the Record No no longer showing on the Record page?

Why is the Record No no longer showing on the Record page?

The Record No field is hard coded and shows as the last field on the 3rd column under the Primary Contact Information section of the Sales Update and Edit Record pages.

If you don’t see it, you need to go to the Customization Page > Edit the Sales Update or Edit Record page and make sure that the 3rd column under the Primary Contact Information section has equal number or less fields than the first 2 columns.
