Email Limits And Usage/ Email Messages Logs

Email Limits and Usage tracks all Lead Nurturing Emails, Email Campaigns, Plain text/html emails and Individual Emails only.

It doesn’t include emails from a workflow,email notifications to the Acct Mgr/Sales Rep team when there is an assigned record,email notifications regarding a new Call Back/Event, email report, send records to Acct Mgr/Sales Rep,Partner Rep and to An Email Address via Accounts>>Record Options>>Send Records.

The Email Messages Log tracks all of the above and emails from a workflow except when sending a record to Acct Mgr/Sales Rep,Partner Rep and to An Email Address via Accounts>>Record Options>>Send Records.

Email Limits and Usage tracks:

  • Lead Nurturing Emails
  • Email Campaign
  • Individual emails
  • Plain/HTML text emails

Email Messages Log tracks:

  • Lead Nurturing Emails
  • Email Campaign
  • Individual emails
  • Plain/HTML text emails
  • Workflow
  • Email Notifications to the Acct Mgr/Sales Rep team when there is an assigned record 
  • Email notification regarding a new Call Back/Event
  • Email Report

Email Limits and Usage AND Email Messages Log don’t track:

  • Send Record(s) To Acct Mgr/Sales Rep(s)
  • Send Record(s) To Partner Rep(s) 
  • Send Record(s) To An Email Address
