How do I set the Date formatting for Lead-Xpress users?

Date formatting for Lead-Xpress Users
  • Go to Administration then either Account Manager or Partner Rep.
  • On the edit screen for the individual AM/PR
  • If the user does not have a logon of “User Type = Account Manager or Partner Rep” you will see “No” next to Has Logon,
  • There will be a “Date Format” drop down selection box for you to choose the Date Formatting.
