Email Won’t Send From Search Results. I tried clicking the Submit button but nothing happens.

  1. Search for Records
  2. On the Search Results page, click on Record Options and select Email
  3. Continue with the Send Email window configuration until you get to the Email Editor page.
  4. Complete the email content and click Submit. Nothing happens.


If you have a character that the system doesn’t like – for example a semi colon ( ; ) in your subject line – you won’t be able to send the email. Update the Email Subject Line and replace the semi-colon with a hyphen or a colon, then try again.

In general it is better to use a hyphen (-) or none at all to avoid having problems.
