Why don’t I see my name in the list of available users/callers in Smart Queue?

I have the Smart Queue accordion in the homepage. Why don’t I see my name in the list of available users/callers in Smart Queue?

When users with a level 5 and higher are added to a Smart Queue list, it enables the Smart Queue Accordion in the Home page but the names will still not show up in the Available list of users/callers for the Smart Queue.

The users are actually put and added in the queue but for security purpose, LeadMaster had it set up that way for high-level users not to be seen by customers.
