When does the ‘Campaign Survey Responses’ section get updated?

The basic rule of thumb is that when a form is updated the survey responses for all custom forms attached to the record will be entered into the ‘Campaign Survey Responses’ section.  This includes both attached and inline forms from the Sales Update page.

However, if you update inline form(s) from the Edit Profile page, that will not place the contents of the custom form(s) in the ‘Campaign Survey Responses’ section.

Updating attached forms on the Edit Profile page will place the contents of the custom form(s) in the ‘Campaign Survey Responses’ section.
