Outlook is displaying a message saying it experienced a serious problem with the CRM Sync add-in

If Outlook crashes or hangs for a significant amount of time at startup and an add-in was loading at that time Outlook basically assumes that the add-in was responsible.  The next time Outlook starts it raises that dialog with ‘<your add-in here>’.

So when this dialog appears it means Outlook had a problem, and the CRMtool add-in may or may not have been the cause. Please send a log file using the ‘Request Technical Support’ button if it happens again.
