LeadMaster 2-Factor Authentication

To improve security and overall protection of your data, LeadMaster now offers MFA or 2FA (2-Factor Authentication).

Enable 2FA:2-Factor Authentication at the User Level

• Click on my account button in upper right
• In the drop down box click on “My Account Settings”
• On the User Information page > Tick the Enable 2 Factor Login box
• Click Update

When enabled, you will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) everytime you log into LeadMaster. The OTP code will be sent to the email address and phone number registered in you Account.

Disable 2FA:2-Factor Authentication at the User Level

• Click on my account button in upper right
• In the drop down box click on “My Account Settings”
• On the User Information page > Untick the Enable 2 Factor Login box
• Click Update

Enable 2FA:2-Factor Authentication at the Workgroup Level

To globally enforce ALL users to Use 2FA, users with Admin privileges can enable it from the Workgroup Management Page.

• Go to Workgroup Management Page
• Under the Security Options section > Tick the Enable 2 Factor Login box
• Click Submit

If checked, this option overrides the User Account’s 2-Factor Login setting.

Disable 2FA:2-Factor Authentication at the Workgroup Level

• Go to Workgroup Management Page
• Under the Security Options section > Untick the Enable 2 Factor Login box
• Click Submit

Options to Receive OTP Codes

Email – Users will receive the OTP code via Email in APP, APP2, APP3, APP4
Phone – Users will receive the OTP code via Phone in APP4 only
