Email Storage Policy

1. Logged email messages sent via emarketing campaigns are attached to the contact record.
                  Stored once for the emarketing campaign is the content of the body of the email message
                  Stored with each email message sent are the recipients and subject line (the body of the email message is not stored)  
2. When a user views a particular email message at the contact level, the content of the body of the email message is re-constructed from the stored email message body. 3. The body of the stored email messages are deleted after 1 year.  Once this happens, when a user views a particular email message at the contact level, the body of the email message will say “Content no longer available”
