Email Count and Limit

Email settings for numbers of email messages sent are not enforced for lead nurturing tracks, although each email message sent for lead nurturing does increment the count of email messages sent for the current month for the workgroup.

Individual email messages sent as well as bulk email messages sent (from e-Marketing feature / bulk email feature) also increment the count of email messages sent for the current month for the workgroup. Email settings for numbers of email messages sent are enforced in these cases.

Sending lead to another user, updating lead emails and even sending test emails do not increment the count of email messages sent for the current month for the workgroup.

Example:
Workgroup Lead Nurturing Contact Limit: 50,000
Number of Email Messages Allowed for Workgroup:
Per Search: 200
Per Day: 5,000
Per Month: 10,000

The Workgroup’s maximum number of emails allowed to be sent at one time is 200. With an allocation of 5,000 emails per day, the WG is allowed to send 200 emails for 25 times in a single day.
