How does Google Calendar Sync work for users with access to multiple Workgroups?

QUESTION
If a User is using Google Sync and has access to multiple Workgroups, should the user be able to see ALL synced events/appointments from Google Calendar in LeadMaster regardless of the Workgroup she is in?
ANSWER
No. By design, Google Sync execution is based on Logon Credentials – Workgroup.
- Events entered in LM – sync to Google
- Events entered in Google – sync to All WG
- Events entered in Google for WG A – will not be displayed in WG B.
- Any events entered in either WG A or WG B will be displayed in Google Calendar.
